Continuous Improvement Manager – High‑Volume Manufacturing Facility The Judge Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a large Manufacturing Company. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Operations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, RCA, DMAIC, TPM, SPC, and other CI methodologies.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to support CI initiatives at other locations.
