+ Plan and execute productivity improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the end-to-end value chain with primary focus around ISC functions.
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and supporting sustainable improvements.
+ Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities, and standardized procedures with effective change management support using lean methodologies and tools.
+ Apply Operational Excellence methods and tools to improve performance within assigned operational areas.
+ Assess Operational Excellence maturity, support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects, and maintain clear process and system documentation.
