Job Description
Become the key driver of Lean initiatives as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Spearhead operational enhancements and promote best practices to establish a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of the Lean Production System (LPS) and align initiatives with corporate strategies. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll oversee the performance metrics, ensuring improvements resonate throughout all levels of the organization.
