As the CI Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing processes and culture while supporting the Plant Manager. Your expertise will be vital in applying Saputo’s Operation Excellence System standards and leading internal audits. You will be responsible for fostering a growth-driven environment and coaching teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of IoTORQ and OEE production systems
• Measure plant OEE and manage national reporting
• Monitor and optimize plant capacity and performance
• Develop collaborative plant master plan for 3-5 years
• Drive CI initiatives and support small to medium projects
