Continuous Improvement Intern (CI Intern)Rockwell Automation – Parque Industrial Finsa GuadalupeResponsibilities- Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing and administrative processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Participate in standardization activities and workflow improvement initiatives within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment.
