• Be an agent of change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through influence and collaboration, establishing work plans and following up until their closure, using metrics
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, skills to manage multiple projects, presenting in front management progress, so excellent communication and creative problem-solving mindset (out of the box) is required
• Ability to influence and negotiate with different levels of the organization. Sense of urgency.
• Application of Lean Six Sigma tools in transformation projects in production and administrative processes

Experiência y requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, industrial Engineering or related
• 2-3 years of continuous improvement experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
