Your role in our team:

As a Continuous Improvement EMEA Senior Manager, you will drive organizational efficiency, quality, and waste reduction by analyzing workflows, implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, track KPIs to measure success, and facilitate training on process improvement tools such as Kaizen to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize productivity, cost‑reduction, and quality (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
• Identify, analyze, and improve business processes, workflows, and procedures
• Lead improvement projects from inception to completion, managing project scope, timeline, and resources
