Job Description
Become a Continuing Care Assistant in Home Nursing, where your care will enhance clients' daily living experiences. Provide support that addresses their physical and emotional needs.
This part-time role (0.64 FTE) demands dedication, with shifts scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends across 22 six-and-a-half-hour shifts every six weeks. You'll play a vital role in the daily lives of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily personal care activities
• Address both emotional and psychological client needs
• Help promote clients’ overall functioning and well-being

Requirements:
• Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) mandatory
• Food Safe certification, when applicable
• Valid driver's license as required
