Job Description
The Content Production Manager leads the operational planning, execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of the Educator Programs Department. The role ensures the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of educator development programs, digital learning initiatives, instructional materials, and stakeholder support services in accordance with approved content standards and organizational goals.
Working closely with internal teams, consultants, and freelancers, the manager establishes effective workflows, systems, governance mechanisms, review protocols, and performance metrics. The role also oversees content production, quality audits, platform and content readiness, resource and budget planning, project coordination, risk management, operational reporting, and process improvements to support scalable nationwide delivery.
