ModelArk is a model-as-a-service (MaaS) platform on BytePlus offering secure and cost‑effective services, including model inference, evaluation, and fine‑tuning. It features ByteDance’s proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 2.0, along with well‑known open‑source models.

Responsibilities

• Support ModelArk’s LLM global expansion by owning the LLM content strategy and providing content support to cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.). Key duties include collaborating on new model launches, developing sales collaterals, curating and optimizing customer success stories, and executing localized marketing activities tailored to regional cultures and channels.
• Conduct in‑depth LLM product research, monitor global market trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform LLM product iteration.
