Rakuten TV is looking for a Content Operation Graduate who will work in the Operations Department to help the Team deliver the highest quality content on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Review all content—movies, FAST channels, and other media—to ensure it meets quality standards before publication.
- Identify audio and subtitle errors (e.g., out of sync) and collaborate with the Team to resolve them.
- Report any quality control errors detected.
- Detect optimal ad placements for our ad‑supported (AVOD) content.
- Assist the Metadata team by contacting content providers to gather necessary information (synopsis, images, cast, etc.) for publishing.
