Your Role

As a Content Operations Analyst , you will support the end-to-end content publishing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across global distribution platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track, resolve, and optimize content operations, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

On-Time Publishing Operations

• Track the delivery of content components (Artwork, Metadata, Video, Global Localization), ensuring accuracy and monitoring progress through to successful publication.
• Identify, elevate, and follow up on delivery issues, working closely with resolver teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze content fulfillment findings, forecast trends, and identify operational challenges and dependencies to improve processes.
