Content Design Manager (hybrid)
Barcelona (hybrid) – Lead a community of talented Content Designers while collaborating closely with Product and other business areas.
Responsibilities
Develop an overarching content strategy that meets organizational objectives and embraces AI‑augmented workflow.
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer.
Drive adoption and optimization of the internal content generation tool, ensuring effective use of an AI content agent.
Define human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, establish AI prompt engineering best practices, and build quality assurance frameworks for AI‑generated content.
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft content strategies and provide guidance on goals and success metrics.
Align business priorities with user needs to support strategic direction.
