The Role

We're looking for a creative who can own our Reels and video campaigns end to end  — not just an editor who waits for instructions, but someone who brings ideas, understands what makes content perform, and turns concepts into scroll-stopping videos.

You'll work directly with the founder, so your ideas will actually ship. No layers of approval, no committees.

What You'll Do

• Ideate & script:  Research trends, pitch Reel concepts, write hooks and scripts that grab attention in the first 2 seconds
• Shoot:  Film clean, high-quality video content (a good phone setup is perfectly fine — we care about the result, not the gear)
• Edit:  Cut engaging Reels with captions, transitions, sound design, and trending audio for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Run campaigns:  Build video content series around product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
