Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a qualified QA in Malaysia to conduct analysis and report on call center interactions. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent, have at least 1 year of QA experience within a call center, and be fluent in both Mandarin and English. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, making strategic recommendations, and conducting evaluations to improve service quality. Immediate availability is preferred.
