In your role as a Solution Consultant, you will oversee the design and implementation of next-generation contact center technologies using NiCE CXone and Cognigy. You will be responsible for leading workstreams end-to-end while mentoring junior staff and ensuring that client expectations are met with precision. Your expertise in agentic AI will be crucial as you progress towards a principal architect position.
