Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Consultant with experience in Salesforce Development to build and support Salesforce solutions, primarily on Service Cloud and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), for public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices.
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Configure and enhance Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support data migration activities.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployments, code reviews, and production support.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
