You will work as a consultant supporting clients in payroll and HR transformation projects. Develop payroll, working time, and HR processes, support system implementations, and contribute to societal change through impactful projects across the Nordics. Collaborate with top experts in a culture that values feedback and coaching.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years relevant experience in payroll and HR process development
- Experience in client work, outsourcing, or consulting
- Experience with HR, payroll, or work time systems implementation or administration
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
