Job Description
We are seeking a bright and ambitious Technology Resourcer Intern to join our Technology recruitment team for a 3‑6 month internship. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain exposure to the recruitment process, the technology market, and the inner workings of a fast‑paced, high‑performing recruitment consultancy. You will work closely with experienced consultants to support candidate sourcing, market mapping, research, CRM management and candidate engagement across the Middle East technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on technology companies, digital transformation teams, start‑ups, consultancies and regional market trends;
- Assist consultants in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC;
- Identify technology talent through LinkedIn, job boards, Bullhorn, referrals and online research;
