Description

The Consultant, I Total Rewards will support Global Total Rewards Director to manage annual global merit increase program from end to end, which includes timeline development, budget modeling, data preparation, system set up, global and region total rewards coordination, etc.

• Analyze, design, and implement the organization's total rewards programs, including but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs, discount programs or total rewards technology and tools 
• Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and imple...
