Job Description
Overview
Jhpiego is implementing the Global Fund-supported Expanding Sustainable Integrated Service Delivery Project in Kenya. The project seeks to strengthen government ownership of healthcare quality systems through competency-based blended learning approaches that improve integrated service delivery across the ANC–Delivery–PNC continuum, including HIV, TB, and malaria services.
Jhpiego seeks to engage an experienced consultant to support the Ministry of Health in the development, piloting, and institutionalization of a National Blended Learning Framework that integrates simulation-based learning, virtual learning, coaching, and quality improvement approaches.
To support the Ministry of Health in designing, validating, piloting, and operationalizing a National Blended Learning Framework that strengthens provider competencies and improves quality of integrated maternal, newborn, HIV, TB, and malaria services across the continuum of care.
