Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions
- Identify hazards and follow up corrective actions
- Support incident investigations and reporting
- Coordinate with contractors to implement SHE procedures and Permit to Work standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in SHE for construction projects
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
- Certification in AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, or similar is a plus
- Strong communication and attention to detail
