Job Description
Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced Construction Workers to join our client's team. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects with a diverse and dynamic team in different cities of the lower mainland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery (For those who are certified)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions
- Install and repair structures and fixtures, including roofs, floors, and walls
- Operate power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to project specifications and quality standards
