Job Description

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Assist in building structures, including framing, concrete work, and excavation.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear.
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled workers as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; prior construction experience is a plus.
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and long hours.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
