We are recruiting in the following region:

Location: Bedfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
(Flexibility may be required in line with business and learner needs)
Purpose of the Role
The Construction Tutor will support learners throughout their training journey, working closely with employers and workplace supervisors to achieve contract outcomes. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training aligned with awarding body and funding requirements, while supporting learners to develop skills for lifelong learning and employment.
You will identify individual learning needs, address barriers to employment, and provide guidance to help learners succeed in their chosen construction programme.
