Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams on site matters Conduct site inspections and resolve operational or technical issues when required Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety compliance at all times Monitor manpower deployment and site productivity Prepare daily site reports and update project progress to management Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site operations Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities where necessary Requirements
