Overview

This role involves comprehensive management of renovation and damage restoration projects, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth progress from start to finish. You will work with demolition, fire, and water damage teams, as well as reconstruction, and coordinate material orders and major purchases to keep projects on schedule and within planned costs. The goal is to ensure all projects meet quality and schedule requirements, and that billing and resourcing are correctly handled. Daily supervisory responsibilities are part of this role.
