An established 50-year Long Island-based Real Estate Development, Contracting, and Construction Management firm specializing in commercial/industrial, institutional, and multi-family residential projects is seeking a results-driven Construction Field Supervisor / Superintendent with 10+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily and mixed-use construction, specializing in comprehensive horizontal construction management. Proven expertise in directing all facets of site infrastructure, including earthwork, utilities and paving operations for large, scaled multifamily and mixed-use projects or projects valued at up to 100M.
