Job Description
The Construction Superintendent leads day-to-day site operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures the project meets safety, quality, and schedule expectations in compliance with federal construction standards.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to project plans, specifications, and schedule.
+ Monitor construction progress daily and address issues promptly to maintain quality, safety, and productivity.
+ Ensure all work complies with federal construction requirements, project documents, and applicable codes and regulations.
+ Implement and enforce site safety programs in alignment with OSHA and EM 385 standards.
