You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site. Requirements

• Ground up or remodel multi-family, mission critical, hospitality, data center, high rise, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
