A well-established heavy civil contractor specializing in sewer and watermain reconstruction projects across Ontario is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale municipal sewer and water projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead on-site operations for major sewer, water, and road reconstruction projects
- Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all standards
- Communicate effectively with engineers, inspectors, and clients
- Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including 5+ years as a foreman or superintendent
