Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for construction and improvements of Lawson Convenience Stores
- Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering plans for the implementation of the project
- Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request (Color schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI/RFA)
- Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
- Prepares project estimates and schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
- Willing to do field work
- Has experience in retail fit-out interior works
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Preferably licensed Civil Engineer.
