Construction Site Manager
Savonlinna is rapidly transforming its infrastructure through significant investments in streets, bridges, ports, parks and other public works. The city seeks a Construction Site Manager to work as an operational partner to the Infrastructure Manager and lead the practical execution of these projects from planning to construction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, guide planning and commission investment projects.
- Prepare contracting and consulting procurements and conduct tenders.
- Manage construction sites and represent the city as client’s coordinator.
- Ensure project schedules, costs, quality and safety.
- Act as the safety coordinator for developer‑led investment projects.
- Lead city‑owned construction sites and guide workgroups.
