The Construction Site Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all logistical aspects of a construction project to ensure smooth site operations. This role involves managing the delivery, storage and distribution of materials and equipment, organising site access and traffic flow, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. The manager works closely with project teams, suppliers and contractors to optimise resource utilisation, minimise delays and maintain accurate documentation. Their primary goal is to keep the site efficient, safe and well‑organised throughout the project lifecycle.
