Job Description
Take charge of construction roofing projects as a Foreman, supervising operations at heights in a commercial setting. This role is not eligible for remote work.
In this role, you will supervise and train a team of roofers, ensuring that safety measures are strictly followed during all project phases. You will need a trade certificate and preferably some experience in roofing. Your leadership will help drive project success and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise roofing work and crews
• Train workers effectively or set up training sessions
Requirements:
• Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in roofing
• Experience in roofing jobs is advantageous
• Required: Working at Heights training
• Must hold a valid driver's licence
• Willingness to undertake travel for work
