Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:3-5+ years construction project management experience (open to 10+ years) Must have owner's rep or retail/multi-site rollout experience Retail tenant fit-out background preferred (restaurants, QSR, grocery, big box, or similar) Manage approximately 8-12 projects per year across tenant fit-outs, with some remodels and limited ground-up work Travel is approximately 50%, with a heavy focus on the West Coas...
