Job Description
Requirements
- BE civil engineering degree required
- Working experience in Singapore minimum 8 years required
- SketchUp & AutoCAD knowledge needed
- Renovation site management experience (both commercial & residential)
- Project Planning & Scope
- Understand client requirements, design goals, and budget
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers
- Budget Management
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Track expenses and control costs
- Approve vendor invoices and manage payments
- Contractor & Vendor Management
- Hire and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Ensure timely material procurement
- Scheduling & Execution
