Construction Project Manager

Yoke Group is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead active construction projects from handoff through closeout.

This role is responsible for budget control, schedule management, consultant and trade coordination, invoice and progress review, change management, and construction draw readiness. The right person will bring structure, urgency, and accountability to the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction projects
• Control budget, schedule, milestones, and reporting
• Coordinate consultants, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review invoices, progress claims, and schedules of values
• Manage change orders, risks, and cost exposure
• Support construction draw preparation with finance
• Work with site leadership to resolve field issues
• Keep documentation and reporting organized and current
