Join our dynamic team to lead and manage construction projects, ensuring that all objectives align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with the Project Executive and Superintendent to develop and monitor the master schedule and staffing plans. Your role involves overseeing project documentation and managing project financials, including billing, cash flow, and profitability. You will also prepare and present monthly Job Status Reports and supervise Project Engineers and Superintendents to ensure responsibilities are met.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with Project Executive and Superintendent to develop and monitor the master schedule and staffing plans.
+ Assist in tracking the Project Success Plan to ensure alignment with goals.
+ Oversee project documentation including contracts, insurance, submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, meeting minutes, and subcontractor coordination.
