GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible technical and professional work in administering municipal construction projects executed or managed by the Public Services Department. Primary duty of this position is the coordination of utility, transportation and facility construction projects, from procurement to completion, and in compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations.
