Job Description

Responsibilities
  • In charge of sourcing materials, ordering, and delivery items to workplace
  • Follow up ordering and delivery status
  • Record all purchased materials and ensure everything is tally with purchase record
  • Coordinate with supervisor or project manager for item request purpose
  • Provide admin duties and clerical support to project team
  • Update manpower movement constantly

Working time: 5 working days (9am - 6pm)

Working location: Kranji

Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience is an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately / short notice is preferred
