Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations for construction projects.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders and expense claims.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Verify supplier invoices, subcontractor claims and project-related expenses.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reports and reconciliation.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, project managers and internal departments.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties.
