Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at assigned sites
Plan and manage manpower deployment, shifts, and attendance
Coordinate vessel movements, cargo operations, and scheduling
Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of tasks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (WSH, NEA requirements)
Handle incidents, report issues, and implement corrective actions
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Maintain proper documentation (logs, reports, fuel usage, cargo records)
Supervise and guide supervisors and workers on-site
