Join Redpath as a Construction Miner and bring your skills to the underground mining site at Pickle Lake, Ontario. You’ll be part of a team executing diverse construction tasks across a 14-day on/off rotation.
As a Construction Miner, you will engage in key responsibilities, including shotcreting, building refuge stations, and operating heavy equipment. Safety is paramount, and you'll follow established regulations while working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your expertise in various construction methods will contribute to a safe and efficient mining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform shotcreting and build essential structures
• Operate pneumatic drills and underground machinery
• Scale loose rocks and apply ground support
• Inspect underground headings regularly
• Follow all safety and regulatory compliance protocols
