PACIV , a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is seeking a Construction Manager to provide Owner's Representative oversight for construction activities on pharmaceutical capital projects.
This role is responsible for managing field execution, contractor performance, safety, quality, schedule, and project readiness while ensuring successful mechanical completion and turnover to Commissioning & Qualification (CQV).
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Serve as the primary Owner representative for assigned construction work packages.
Oversee contractor and construction management activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
Monitor construction progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
