Summary You will serve as a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ofNAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Responsibilities You will review quality control plans and assessments of contractor performance through field surveillance and documentation procedures. You will be responsible for the management of active construction projects from award to completion. You will review contractor submittals including shop drawings, samples, data, etc.; accident prevention plans; and quality control plans for compliance with contract documents. You will assist in preparation of Project Management Plans (PMP) and changes to the PMP baseline scope, schedule, and budget. You will determine the need for and propose contract modifications and substitution of materials.
