The company operates with an in-house labor force and seeks a hands-on Construction Manager capable of managing projects from authority approvals through completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from design coordination and permitting through construction, testing, completion, and handover.
• Lead direct labor teams including carpenters, steel fixers, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, and helpers.
• Plan and manage labor deployment, productivity, and work sequencing.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and recovery plans.
