We are hiring a Construction Manager (CM) Support resource to support a large-scale wind turbine capital enhancement project. This individual will act as an on-site owner’s representative responsible for observing construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance, and documenting daily progress. This is not a supervisor or PM role—you will not direct contractor work. Instead, you are the eyes and ears on site, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
You will provide field oversight of wind turbine construction activities, including equipment overhauls, turbine enhancements, and transformer replacements. This includes monitoring contractor work to ensure proper tool usage, safe work practices, and correct material handling, while staying aligned with daily work plans and overall project progress. You will be responsible for completing daily reports within 12 hours of each shift, capturing work completed and planned, progress again...
