Job Description
Litigation lawyers assist companies (including general contractors and subcontractors), businesses and individuals with construction and commercial disputes. Drafting court documents, demand letters and mediation briefs. Analyzing case law from other cases to determine their application to a given case. Evaluating and explaining strengths, weaknesses and risk associated with clients legal and factual circumstances.
