**Job Description**
This role supports a wide range of construction activities, including site preparation, material handling, demolition, and assistance to skilled trades. You will help prepare and maintain jobsites, work closely with carpenters and concrete crews, and operate basic tools and equipment to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with site preparation, including grading, excavation support, and project setup activities.
+ Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite.
+ Perform general demolition and cleanup tasks to keep the work area safe and organized.
+ Support carpenters, concrete crews, equipment operators, and project supervisors with daily tasks.
